Triangle Car Care

I will be going back the next time I need a car repair! They diagnosed my car's issue quickly, were reasonably priced, and fixed my car immediately. 10 out of 10 on service, and they have a very friendly staff.

I've taken every car I've owned in the past 45 years to Bobby at Triangle Car Care. I refuse to let anyone else work on them. You can expect full honesty, fair pricing, and knowledgeable explanations from these guys. As a single woman, I was never concerned I was being taken advantage of and knew they would keep me on the road safely.

I purchased a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder SE from Wheels4Hope, a Non-profit community organization with a mission to provide reliable and affordable transportation to those who wouldn't otherwise have access. The proceeds of my vehicle price go directly to helping someone in need by fixing donated vehicles and making dreams come true. Triangle Car Care has been a partner garage with Wheels4Hope for quite some time, volunteering services to help make affordable reliable automobiles accessible for many in need. When I had a minor issue with the Nissan, I called Lashawn at Wheels4Hope and she referred me to David at Triangle Car Care. That was all I needed to hear. David and the guys at TCC had us tip top by 3pm same day! Better than ever! Thanks to David and the Crew and to Wheels4Hope for the Wonderful work they do in the community! We Trust you guys!

This auto care facility is a horrible place the worst experience at this Place. I had went in to do some engine work and they made me an appointment. I had to wait almost a whole week for them to see the vehicle. So I made the appointment because they told me They would be able to check the vehicle and get an estimate for me. Then, when the appointment came, they stated that they couldn’t work on my car kicking me out. Not wanting to help me out David at the front was being very rude, not listening to what I had to say he was being very pushy and just brought my car out and pretty much told me to get out they wasted my time. I could of had my vehicle checked out somewhere els and had an estimate at another place. The way David treated me was very horrible. It was unpleasant and I don’t recommend this auto care place. They will give you falls information and then kick you out after it. David told me I would need to order new parts and I told him that’s why? I am here for I needed and estimate on the parts cost and labor. They were very lazy and they didn’t want to help me out. When I told him I would pay for the estimate. I asked to speak to the manager David told me he was the mana

I've brought my car here a few times now, and they've never been anything but professional and helpful. I really appreciate being talked to like a competent adult at a mechanic, because I've encountered people at other businesses who were dismissive or talked down to me unless I was there with a man. This is a big reason I now come here every time. Thanks for all you do.
